Steven Clark is a part Owner and the General Manager of Casper ARS. He was born the year that ARS was founded and has been working with the business most of his life. His education supports his career with many IICRC certificates including; Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, OSHA 10, Carpet Cleaning, and Carpet Repair. All of this training is backed up by 20+ years on the job. When Steven is not working, he is with his wife and son along with their dog. They enjoy hanging out with family and friends in the outdoors skiing, shooting, BBQing, camping in the tiny camper Steven fixed up, mountain biking, and riding ATV’s. Steven also is an active member of his church and volunteers a lot of his time to help the local church leadership to stay organized.

Dustin has earned certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation.  Dustin works hard behind the scenes to keep our business out of debt and running smooth.   When Dustin is not crunching numbers,  he is spending time with his wife of 20+ years and their great kids. Dustin especially loves the family pet cat Jasper. He would also give you the cat for free if you asked.  Dustin enjoys spending time on the lake, at the family cabin, and hanging out with his family and friends.
Jerry Clark is the reason ARS exists! In 1985, Jerry started Advanced Carpet Cleaning and Advanced Cleaning which eventually turned into Advanced Restoration Systems, now affectionally know as ARS. In 2005, Jerry made the decision to mostly retire and sold the Utah devision of ARS to Judd Eades. In 2008, Jerry and Dustin were approached to start a location in Casper, Wyoming and the rest is history. Jerry has spent most of his life in Restoration and is a true Restoration Pioneer. Jerry loves his family and spending time with them. He also loves to spend time at his Cabin in the woods and tinkering on projects.

Travis is a hard worker who can make you smile just by walking in the room. Travis is a transplant to Wyoming; he would rather be drinking a Pina Coloda under a Palm Tree, but somehow manages to stay warm-is here in ol’ Wyoming. He loves his family, his critters, spending time hunting, being outdoors, and singing with his Husky, Max. Right now, Travis is also working on a Family Business–307 Tacos–It’s delicious!
Water Damage Technician Stephen Barelle is a transplant to ARS Cleanup from another company that offered Mitigation Cleanup. He is excited to learn more about Restoration and all of its facets! Stephen has a great smile he sports everyday. Stephen also comes to us with his IICRC Water Mitigation Technician– he knows how to get your property dried out. When Stephen isn’t lugging a fan or a dehumidifier around, he is hanging out with his wife and family. He enjoys the great outdoors; especially fishing with his boys!!!
ARS Flood & Fire Cleanup Disaster Dog Casper Team Sadie the Disaster Dog is by far everyone’s favorite employee. Sadie manages the bunny-rabbits at the shop and also keeps the couch from floating away. Her work ethic can sometimes be questionable; we’ve caught her sleeping on the job! In the boss’s office no less!! However, Sadie is a great part of the Casper Team. When Sadie isn’t “working,” she is playing in her back yard, chasing her ball, or dreaming of actually catching a bunny!
